Why not have a competition/tournament based on Starcade? It could consist of either classic or more recent games. Two players (or teams of two or more) would face off against one-another in both games and game trivia. Since the object of the game is to get the highest score, the games themselves should be relatively simplistic to play. The winner(s) would receive a nice (by con standards) prize.
